Responsibilities: 1. Execute technical application support to both customer and sales team in the specific market, which includes on-site hardware/software application support, technical proposal preparation, technical negotiation with the customer, technical presentation for the seminar, etc. Mainly responsible for vacuum gauge products and on-site service for key account customers(Beijing and Shenyang). 2. Close cooperation with sales personnel to set up good relationships with customers and maintain them, provide regular feedback on field problems and customer information 3. Assist other regional service centers as necessary. 4. Liaison with BUs on all technical application questions to eliminate customer’s issues, and good communication with headquarters(Europe). 5. Any other tasks relating to the technical application works. 6. Electrical knowledge is preferred Requirements： 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or automation 2. 2+ years of relevant work experience, prefer instrumentation maintenance and programming; 3. Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing 4. Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs. 5. Work location: Beijing.
